Standard shipping on domestic items is 3-5 business days from order date. This does not include our 1-2 business days for processing.

Exchange Policy
My package was lost or stolen what do I do?
MILUS ROSE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. Once items are shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but at this time we only offer Returns for Store Credit Only(No exchanges). Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval date.
